To change email address you need to contact the EXMO Support Service.
Send a request to EXMO Support Service by clicking Submit Request in the upper right corner of this page. Please provide the following information in your request:
- reason for changing your address;
- your username (login) and current EXMO e-mail;
- new address.
If necessary, provide additional information upon request from EXMO Support Services.
Please note that in the interests of security withdrawals are blocked for 72 hours after a change of address.
To avoid fraud as a result of hacking an email address and gaining access to the data stored there, we recommend to enable two-factor authentication to access your mailbox.
