Two-factor authentication is an additional level of account security that ensures that only
you can get access to your account, even if your password has become known to
someone else.
EXMO recommends installing 2FA feature since the first day you have created account.

If you have access to your account, you can disable this feature by yourself in Profile
Settings of your account.
In case you have lost access to the device used for authorization of 2FA feature, you
can disable it by submitting request to Support Service.
To deactivate the feature you need to fulfill a number of requirements to confirm the fact
of your account ownership by submitting a request to support@exmo.com, specifying
the following points:
- reason of disabling two-factor authentication;
- your username (login) and mail at EXMO Cryptocurrency Exchange.
If necessary, provide additional data upon request of Support Service.
