Your account is not activated as you haven’t confirmed email address while being registered. To confirm email address please contact EXMO Support.
To create a request to EXMO Support click on Submit a request in the upper right corner of the page and point out the reason. Please provide the following information in your request:
- reason of the request - account activation;
- your user name (login) and EXMO e-mail.
In order to avoid fraudulent activities as a result of hacking email and accessing data stored in the mail, EXMO recommends to enable two-factor authentication for access to your mailbox.
